Jenna M. Boig, MBA
President & Chief Strategist
With over 25 years of experience, Jenna M. Boig is a strategic and data-driven marketing executive with extensive expertise in advancing organizations’ missions through innovative and impactful marketing initiatives. She excels in creating strategies that elevate brand presence and engage audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Jenna is actively involved in her community, currently serving on the Boards of BlackRock Center for the Arts, Great and Small Therapeutic Riding, and Friends of Peirce Mill. She also volunteers her time to offer website redesign and digital marketing guidance to organizations such as the Children’s Inn at NIH.
Most recently, as Director of Marketing and Communications for a local law firm, Jenna led a comprehensive rebranding initiative, two website redesigns, developed marketing and media strategies and introduced a CRM-based marketing system to refine strategies and streamline workflows. Her leadership style fosters high-performing teams that are passionate and cohesive, driving meaningful outcomes across channels.
Jenna's career also includes key roles in mission-based work, such as her directorship at the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, where her integrated campaigns brought substantial growth in audience engagement. At The Nature Conservancy, Jenna successfully led digital initiatives across North America, enhancing the organization’s outreach and revenue.
Alongside her professional achievements, Jenna holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a BA from American University, bringing a well-rounded and seasoned perspective to her work in marketing and community leadership.
Jenna is also an avid gardener who would never plant a garden that is not filled with marigolds.


Kimberley Tseng Trang
Intern
Kimberley is a student leader and entrepreneur with experience in small business development, marketing, and communications. She launched and grew her own jewelry and resale business on Etsy and Depop, managing online sales, branding, and digital engagement across platforms. Her background spans consulting, content creation, and design, reflecting a strong interest in business strategy and creative problem-solving.
At Marigold Consulting, Kimberley supports marketing and outreach through website design, competitor research, and content development. She has designed websites, created graphics, and contributed to client social media campaigns. She’s built a foundation in digital marketing and brand communication. Her leadership includes serving as President of Blake Key Club and Social Media Coordinator for Blake Model UN and the Glenmont Swim Team. In these roles, she has organized fundraisers, developed outreach strategies, guided teams, and advanced organizational goals through collaboration and service.
Kimberley is especially motivated by work that supports meaningful causes such as youth leadership, cultural awareness, community service, and educational access.
