Jenna M. Boig,
President & Project Lead
With over 25 years of experience, Jenna M. Boig is a strategic and data-driven marketing executive with extensive expertise in advancing organizations’ missions through innovative and impactful marketing initiatives. She excels in creating strategies that elevate brand presence and engage audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Jenna is actively involved in her community, currently serving as a Board Chair, Events and Website Management for Impact100 DC, where she organizes high-impact events that fund local nonprofits and manages their day-to-day website needs. She also volunteers her time to offer website redesign and digital marketing guidance to organizations such as the Children’s Inn at NIH and Great and Small Ride.
Most recently, as Director of Marketing and Communications for the law firm of Stein Sperling Bennett De Jong Driscoll PC, Jenna led a comprehensive rebranding initiative, two website redesigns, significantly boosted media engagement, and introduced a CRM-based marketing system to refine strategies and streamline workflows. Her leadership style fosters high-performing teams that are passionate and cohesive, driving meaningful outcomes across channels.
Jenna's career also includes key roles in the nonprofit sector, such as her directorship at the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, where her integrated campaigns brought substantial growth in audience engagement. At The Nature Conservancy, Jenna successfully led digital initiatives across North America, enhancing the organization’s outreach and revenue.
Alongside her professional achievements, Jenna holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a BA from American University, bringing a well-rounded and seasoned perspective to her work in marketing and community leadership.
Jenna is also an avid gardener who would never plant a garden that is not filled with marigolds.
Talia is a creative communications professional with five years of experience developing compelling content that centers storytelling and drives collective action. She brings expertise in women’s health, food access, and special education, along with a strong background in advocacy and strategic communications.
At Marigold Consulting, Talia leads campaign execution, bringing creative concepts and design to life through content development and day-to-day management. She has previously led communications for a women’s grantmaking organization that funds local nonprofits, developed policy resources tailored for policymakers, media, academics, and advocates, and worked as a community organizer in Washington, DC, focused on health equity and education reform.
With a passion for mission-driven work and a commitment to advancing equity, Talia ensures that every piece of communication not only aligns with organizational goals but also amplifies meaningful impact.

Dana is a results-driven marketing and communications professional with expertise in content strategy, brand storytelling, and integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. She combines a journalistic foundation with digital marketing skills to create audience-focused content that builds brand visibility, drives engagement, and strengthens organizational impact.
At Marigold Consulting, Dana develops and manages clients editorial strategies ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging across channels. Her versatile background includes video editing, website development, and analytics, equipping her to design and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Dana is especially motivated by work that supports meaningful causes such as media literacy, addiction recovery, foster care, and social justice.
